How long does a typical laptop repair take?
Most common repairs are completed same-day or within 24 hours. Complex repairs like motherboard-level work or data recovery may take 2β3 business days. We'll give you an accurate time estimate after diagnosis. You can also call or WhatsApp us for a status update anytime.
Do you repair all laptop brands?
Yes! We repair all major brands including HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Apple MacBook, Samsung, MSI, and more. Our technicians are trained and certified across all major manufacturers.
Is there a diagnosis fee?
We charge a nominal diagnosis fee of βΉ199, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. This covers the time our technician spends identifying the exact issue and providing you with a detailed quote.
Do you offer home visit repair services?
Yes, we offer home and office visit services for an additional travel charge depending on your location. This is ideal for desktop setups, CCTV installations, and networking work. Call or WhatsApp us to schedule a visit.
Can you recover data from a dead laptop?
In most cases, yes. We have specialized tools for data recovery from failed hard drives, SSDs, and even water-damaged laptops. Success rates depend on the extent of damage. We recommend bringing the device in as soon as possible β the sooner, the better the chances of recovery.

Are all products brand new and genuine?
Yes, all products we sell are 100% brand new, genuine, and come with official manufacturer warranty. We are authorized dealers for HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Logitech, and many other brands. We do not sell refurbished or grey-market products.
Can I get a product that's not listed on your website?
Absolutely! We have access to a much wider range of products than what's listed online. If you're looking for a specific model or configuration, just call or WhatsApp us with the details and we'll source it for you, usually within 1β3 business days.
Do you offer EMI or financing options?
Yes, we offer EMI options through major credit cards and select fintech partners. We also accept UPI, NEFT, and cash payments. For bulk or corporate orders, we can arrange flexible payment terms. Contact us for details.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for products in original, unopened condition. For defective products, we offer exchange within 30 days. Please retain your original invoice and packaging. Software products and opened consumables (ink cartridges, etc.) are non-returnable.

How do you determine repair costs?
Repair costs depend on the type of issue, parts required, and labor time. After diagnosis, we provide a detailed written quote before starting any work. You are never charged without prior approval. Our pricing is transparent β no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods: Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and NEFT/RTGS for large orders. We provide GST invoices for all purchases and services.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk purchases (5+ units), corporate clients, schools, and government organizations. We also provide Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for businesses. Contact us for a customized quote.
Warranty & Guarantee
What warranty do you provide on repairs?
All our repairs come with a 90-day service warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of repair, we fix it at no additional charge. Parts replaced during repair carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 6β12 months).
Do products come with manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all products come with full manufacturer warranty. Laptops and desktops typically carry 1β3 year warranties. We also assist with warranty claims and can be your single point of contact for all warranty-related issues.
CCTV Installation
How many cameras do I need for my home?
For a typical 2BHK/3BHK apartment, 4 cameras are usually sufficient β covering the main entrance, back door, living area, and parking. For shops and offices, we recommend a site survey to determine the optimal number and placement. We offer free site surveys for CCTV projects.
Can I view my CCTV footage remotely on my phone?
Yes! All our CCTV systems support remote viewing via smartphone apps (Android & iOS). We set up the app and configure remote access as part of the installation. You can view live footage and recordings from anywhere in the world.
How long is footage stored?
Storage duration depends on the hard drive size and number of cameras. A standard 1TB DVR with 4 cameras typically stores 15β30 days of footage. We can recommend the right storage capacity based on your requirements and budget.
Networking
Can you set up a network for my office?
Absolutely. We design and install complete office networks including structured cabling, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and server rooms. We handle everything from planning to installation and ongoing support. Contact us for a free consultation.
My WiFi is slow β can you help?
Yes! Slow WiFi is usually caused by router placement, interference, outdated equipment, or ISP issues. We can diagnose and fix the problem β whether it's repositioning your router, upgrading to a mesh network, or configuring QoS settings for better performance.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you offer home delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery within Mumbai for orders above βΉ5,000. For orders below βΉ5,000, a nominal delivery charge applies. We also ship pan-India via courier for an additional charge. Delivery typically takes 1β3 business days within Mumbai and 3β7 days for other cities.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your order on the courier's website. For any delivery issues, contact us directly and we'll resolve it promptly.

What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For urgent support outside business hours, you can WhatsApp us and we'll respond as soon as possible.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, we are GST registered and provide proper GST invoices for all purchases and services. This is useful for businesses claiming input tax credit. Please provide your GSTIN at the time of purchase.
